Responsible practice user details

What is a responsible user?

A responsible user is the person who is responsible for signing up their practice to the antimicrobial audit tool. This person will be creating the practice account and so the information you input here will be linked to the practice account. The practice name and postcode will create the username for this account. This user will be able to run high level reports and create template reports for all practice users that delegate for the practice, to use. As the Responsible User, please identify who from your practice team you would like to give permission to have access to your patient's records and can enter or edit owner/patient data on behalf of the practice.
